I really liked the recently renovated interior. It looked beautiful. the staff was helpful, even storing my luggage. my room was modern and had the amenities i needed. it was quiet ensuring a good night's sleep.
the room cards sometimes malfunctioned, i had to go back to reception to get new ones.

The location offers a quiet street in the latin quarter, nice for a peaceful sleep. The road is super functional. access to the subway is also nearby for quick access to the city centre. Taxis are easily accessible.

the location was excellent. it was steps away from luxembourg garden. i found the front desk staff friendly. housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
the hot water system did not work upon arrival. the reception said i had to wait for the technician. the maid came into my room without permission.

the location was excellent i found bus stops the metro restaurants and a grocery store nearby i could easily walk to the pantheon and notre dame it was convenient. overall i found the location quite safe and accessible.

the staff was friendly and helpful leila and ivlucq greeted my family with warmth they provided information needed for a great stay they helped make copies of passport photos and put them on navigo passes i appreciated their help.

the room was spacious and well decorated i had plenty of outlets for charging electronics the bathroom and toilet area were useful and airy the hotel provides umbrellas in the lobby near the entrance i found this convenient.

charming stay near the latin quarter
attentive receptionswimming poolample space
I was actually surprised by the attentive reception staff. They really helped when my ride didn't appear. the swimming pool provided great relaxation. the junior suite was perfect for our family of four, offering ample space and comfort!
it also made walking directly from the hotel a little messy because of gravel.

strange layout
I was pretty annoyed about the noise. workmen were moving gravel and cement, leaving white dust all over the front desk. also, i was given a room initially with a strange layout. The tv was on the side wall (which i only see in budget hotels).

the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. they kindly stored my luggage when i arrived early. my room itself was very clean, modern, and provided all the amenities i needed. the silence in the rooms ensured a GREAT night's sleep, especially excellent for such a central location.
